Avascular Necrosis Market (AVN) is a disorder in which bone cells die owing to a lack of blood flow. It is also known as osteonecrosis, aseptic necrosis, or ischemic bone necrosis. Because of the irregular joint surface, it frequently results in the collapse of the joint surface and subsequent arthritis. The ends (epiphysis) of long bones such as the femur, upper humerus, and ankle joint bones are affected by avascular necrosis.
